What To Expect On Your Apartment Hunt
Between scouring the paper and internet, setting up appointments, and driving from place to place, searching for your next apartment is like a full time job. Luckily, here at The Exchange, we can make it feel more like a vacation! We will find the properties you want, then drive you on your own personal apartment tour while you sit back and sip your coffee, answering questions along the way. Which way do you prefer?
Something to keep in mind is the ferocious pace of the rental market right now! The apartment you see today will probably be gone tomorrow, so you have to be quick on your feet. The best way to secure your dream apartment is to be prepared. In order to secure an apartment, you need 1) The First Month's Rent, 2) Security Deposit, and 3) Credit Check Fee. Bringing your checkbook or credit card can take care of all of that.

Because time is of the essence in Real Estate, it never hurts to plan ahead. Below, you will find links to the lease and applications used by The Exchange.
